LOVE GOING TO WORK
FEEL FULFILLED DAILY
85% of people are unhappy with their jobs.
You have a deep-seated desire to direct your own life, the urge to get better and better at something that matters, and the yearning to do what you do in service of something larger than yourself. Only 15% of people are getting fulfilled through their careers. You need autonomy, mastery, and purpose. As a Bigbie Method Facilitator you will:
Be the master of your schedule
Pick and choose when and who you work with through your own contracts
Continuously learn new skills
Through our certification program and Facilitator track
Be a part of something bigger
Reverse the trauma and violence cycle through teaching a new way of communicating
Prior to working for The Bigbie Method, I was doing similar work but barely getting paid and often found myself emotionally drained yet I pushed forward because I truly do believe in the power of this work [...].
Since working for The Bigbie Method, I have experienced much more ease, financial stability, joy, and confidence. The way it is set up is full of support and clarity as well as growth and opportunity. Learning from Cindy has been and is nothing short of inspiring and invigorating; she is full of knowledge, passion, wisdom, and so much love. I am so grateful and proud to be a part of this team and am confident that we are making a lasting impact in our school system and countless individuals' lives.
Bigbie Method Guide
How long is the certification process and/or facilitator track?
On average about 6-12 months until you are certified and able to take your first paid client and then another 8 months being mentored on the Facilitator track with your first client. To learn more about the certifiication path go here.
How much does it cost to get certified?
On average $500-800. The Introductory Course is $300 and the Empathy Gym is $50 per month so the duration that it takes you to complete the assessments while in the Empathy Gym will determine how much it costs.
Does everyone that goes through the process become a Facilitator?
No they do not. What we are doing is not easy work. It takes a certain skill level to be effective and all of our Facilitators must pass all assessments before they can take on a client. We will do our best to get you ready and able to pass the assessments but the reality is that not everyone passes all of the assessments.
I have another question. How can I ask it?
